j.elliot Home is a B2B homewares company supplying retailers with trend-driven soft furnishings and decor. I created content across both social media and email, tailoring it to speak to a trade audience while still feeling aspirational and design-led.

Across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, I styled, filmed and edited reels to highlight texture, movement and styling versatility, adapting content to both the end-consumer, and stockists. I also designed a series of weekly EDM campaigns to support seasonal launches and sale events, focusing on strong visual hierarchy, clean layout and clear CTAs to drive wholesale engagement.

At j.elliot Home, I was responsible for social media management and EDM design, playing a key role in executing our digital marketing efforts. My content helped drive a 52% increase in online sales and a 68% rise in orders year-on-year. I created engaging, brand-aligned email designs that supported weekly collection highlights and promotions, and maintained a consistent social media presence with a focus on brand personality and storytelling. With minimal paid spend and just one reel, one carousel and one story per week, we achieved steady growth, averaging around 250 new followers per month.
